Grolleg Porcelain is a workable cone 10 porcelain admired for its translucency and whiteness. Although handbuilders and throwers alike use Grolleg, it’s used as a throwing body. For those seeking a pure white porcelain, we recommend Grolleg. When fired in oxidation to cone 10 it has a shrinkage of 15% and absorption of <1%.

We try not to ship wet clay when we have freezing temperatures, but we cannot account for weather elsewhere on its journey. If you purchase wet clay in the winter months, you assume the risk of it freezing in shipment.
