The Mudtools Mudcutter may be the most useful tool that you didn’t know you needed. Made with stainless steel and a comfortable polymer handle, its a wire tool with a handle.
Use it to trim a lip on the wheel, trim up handbuilt pots or slice extruded sections of clay from either an extruder or a pug mill. Recommeded for cutting through clay that is 4″ by 4″ or smaller. The Mudcutter measures at 10.38″ by 4.25″.
Can be used with a straight or curly wire.
