Product Description
Made of medium gauge hardened and tempered high carbon steel set in a hardwood handle with industrial adhesive and a brass ferrule. The 400 series is similar to the 300 series, but has a higher variety of shapes as well as a smaller handle. Excellent for trimming, slicing and making facets of different shapes.
