If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the Manage My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must include the original invoice and be in good (resalable) condition. Returns of special order clays and glazes are not accepted. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items sent freight collect will not be accepted. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund although the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Of course, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*All ceramic decal sales are final. As is true with all ceramic materials, ceramic decals are subject to variable conditions such as the glazes surface to which they are applied and the firing environment. We provide recommended application instructions and firing schedules to help optimize the final product and will assist you in the preparation as best we can. However, we are not responsible for the faults that are commonly associated with ceramics and the decal process, ie. changes in color, trapped air bubbles, water marks, etc.
In the case that you want to exchange your purchase for other items, we ask that you follow the return procedure for a refund and order the new items separately.
